Toilets

We have two public toilets – one is downstairs by reception and one is upstairs in the Mezzanine. Both of them are big enough for wheelchair users. You lock the toilets by turning this lock.

The downstairs toilet has a baby changing station and a nappy bin. Both toilets have two baskets on the wall with period products (sanitary towels and tampons) that are free to take if you need them. There is a bin and a sanitary bin in both toilets, a sink and a hand drier.

There is an emergency cord in both toilets – this is a long red string next to the toilet that you can pull if you need help. When you pull it an alarm goes off and a red light switches on which lets the person in reception know to come and ask how we can help. If you set the alarm off by mistake you can just press the button with a red light on a grey box – next to the toilet roll – and the alarm will stop.

You can watch a video of our toilets.
